Nature's Best Hope

Douglas Tallamy is an entomologist and wildlife researcher whose book Bringing Nature Home was the inspiration for our nursery, Leaves for Wildlife. His lectures are humorous and loaded with beautiful nature photography, and they’re great for sharing with others to help them understand the importance of planting natives.

DIY Garden Planning

Many “butterfly garden” and “pollinator garden” designs and seed blends don’t feature native plants. This can be confusing to folks who are just getting started. We want to help take the guesswork out by connecting you to resources centered around the use of native plants.
